It runs much faster now and supports uucp subscribing (see manual). - rebuild.active: if the localhost.active file was found, the local newsgroups would be automatically merged to the local active file. The newsgroups $HOSTNAME.spool and $HOSTNAME.test will be written during installation to localhost.active and localhost.newsgroups files, so that they will be created by the next run of rebuild.active New group "control.cancel" will be added on assembly the new active file. - spool.down and spool.up are renamed to nntp.down and nntp.up No need for parameter.
